Every child is a Gift from God’s hands by Florence D’Costa

Every child is a gift from God – from His hands. We come from God, accomplish our mission on earth and then we go back to God.  Each of us will not and cannot return to God until and unless we accomplish our MISSION on earth.  Have we given this subject some thought.  I guess we should.  God is our Creator.  God has called us to be His Partners.  It is vital for us to co-operate with him.  Each child is a COG is God’s plan.  He has a blue print of what we should do on earth.  God revealed to Jesus Christ that he was the Son of God and that he was to be the suffering messiah when he was baptised by John the Baptist and during the 40 days in the desert.  In like manner when we are baptised, we are told by God that we are on a mission as His child through our parents and God Parents. That is why every Catholic/Christian is called to attend church atleast every Sunday, and for Catholics, sometimes every day if possible.  Well, sadly though, many parents and God Parents are really and truly not enlightened themselves that they are on a MISSION on this earth. We should teach our children that we are on this earth to do God’s Holy Will because he has sent us on a mission.  How many of us think of our mission on earth?  We study catechism in school, we go to church for Mass, listen to sermons and yet many of us grow up thinking only of ourselves and our families.  We go to work, try to make ends meet – stress about paying bills and mortgages etc.  This is only part of the plan.  While we are doing all this, we are to remember that we are Children of God and that our Heavenly Father created us and made us Temples of the Holy Spirit.  When we deeply realise that God is our Father, and that we have to work for Him on this earth, it is only then that we would go about with full zeal to fulfill our mission on earth.

Now, when we look around, we would see God’s people working and doing what they must do to live and at the same time working as God’s children for God’s Kingdom as well.  When we look around we see priests, religious and missionaries who have given their whole lives to Christ and working full time for God’s kingdom on earth.  We then see lay people who work as volunteers and who work part time for God’s kingdom.  So, now, let us sit before the Blessed Sacrament and contemplate. Let us listen to God’s voice and do what we must to bring God’s Kingdom on earth.  Let us mediate on the Our Father and God’s Holy Will, will be revealed to us.   John 13:34-35   34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

God places His DREAMS in your Heart!

Are you aware that God places DREAMS in your heart?  There are times that each one of us try our very best to make our dreams come true.  We try this and we try that and most often we bang our heads on Walls that block us from becoming our best.  My experience is that there is a time and place for our dreams to be fulfilled.

So, it is important for us to do what we need to do and then WAIT on Our Lord Jesus Christ to make our dreams come true!  God sees what is our hearts and when he sees that we are doing all we can to Glorify God, you can be absolutely sure that he would move every Wall and every block that is in front of us and we will then become ACHIEVERS FOR CHRIST!

Everytime, I walk into a Wall, I feel so disheartened and I try to break the wall but it simply DOES NOT BREAK.  So, now I wait for CHRIST, my Redeemer to break these walls and to remove blocks in my path.  At the appointed time, he sends his angels to break walls and to remove blocks that are in my path and he makes all the arrangements for me to do what I am APPOINTED TO DO – and then it will all happen.

I would like to add here that The Most High God is on our side.  We need to connect with our Creator and if he is on our side, then who can be against us?  We have to do our part and keep our faith stirred up.  It is not too late to become all we have been created to be.  God is moved by our faith and he will use our faith to make it come about.

I believe that God is still working on me.  I am being trained by the Teacher of all Teachers – by Christ Himself. Wow!
In case you might have forgotten, I would like to remind you of a God who takes care of the Lillies and the Sparrows through this wonderful song ‘Consider the Lilies” – Joel Hemphill – The Hemphills.

A friend of mine asked me a honest question – What would you do if your dreams came true?

My honest Answer – I would put Christ on a Pedestal for the World to see and I would give him all the glory.

So, my dear people, MY DREAM IS TO RAISE CHRIST HIGH AND TO GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY!  Now, what do I mean by putting God high on a Pedestal.  This means that God would be so high that all who are in trouble would be able to see him and hear him and their faith in God would be restored and then, they will ALSO able to ACCOMPLISH THEIR DREAM THAT CHRIST PUTS IN THEIR HEARTS.  WOW! NO JEALOUSY HERE.  WE ARE NOTHING BUT GOD IS EVERYTHING AND WITH HIM ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

Raise Jesus High for the World to See!

Yes, raise Jesus High for the world to see.  When we exalt Christ and put Him high on a pedestal, all eyes would be on Him because he would be there for all to see.  Some would look upon him out of curiosity, some with indifference, some may not even behold his face but there are many who would see him, would love him and many would go out to him for healing, comfort, restoration and many would be saved.   We, the baptised have received a MISSION when we became the Children of God.  So, my dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus – Lift Jesus Christ High for the world to see and more importantly let us remember that there was a time that someone in our lives did lift Jesus Christ high so that we were able to see Him so closely that He drew us unto Himself.  Amen! and Amen!

Yes, Do not communicate with Satan – He is a liar, a rogue and a thief

I am sharing Pope Francis’ video warning us, the Faithful not to speak with Satan.  It is important for us to be aware that he is our enemy and he is waiting to devour us and to lead us down the EVIL PATH.  My experience is to look at Jesus Christ all the time, be in His presence, stay at His side and no harm will ever come to you.  If we begin to communicate with Satan, he will lie to us, cheat us and then as Pope Francis says, we will find ourselves all messed up and in big trouble. Let us be with Christ Jesus – Be in his embrace where we will be safe and protected.  When we are in His Presence, the enemy cannot come anywhere near us.  He then is a LOST CREATURE, like a lion with no teeth because Jesus Christ is the Lion of Judah and Satan lost his battle with Christ.  Jesus Christ is the Victor.  He is Our Lord and Saviour, Our Redeemer and Friend.  Stay close to Christ Jesus and He will fight our battles with Satan.

Doing God’s Holy Will

Not very many people know how important it is to believe in God and further more how important it is to do what He wants us to do.  Well, let us pray for people to be enlightened by the Holy Spirit.  This is an old video of mine but the Holy Spirit is prompting me to present this video once again.  All I am being is OBEDIENT.

Yes, God’s Love Endures Forever

His Loves Endures Forever by Chris Tomlin

Article – by Florence D’Costa
For those of you out there who are feeling low – feeling let down for some reason or the other, especially you Catholics and Christians, – the baptised -this is a reminder that God is Love and Yes, His love endures forever. Why do you go through so much of suffering and doubt.  Think back to the times when miracles did happen in your lives and cry out to God – Ask Him to renew your faith and believe me. He will.  He is always near and because He is Love – the greatest love – run to him and stay in His Loving Embrace.  This is the place where all of need to be in – This is where healing takes place – This is where He purifies us.  Alleluia! Alleulia! Praise You Jesus Christ – Thank you Jesus Christ –  We love you Jesus Christ.

Important thing to remember – God’s Love is called Agape we cannot hide from His Love, for His Love has no boundaries.

When I look into Your Holiness

Every single human being when baptised becomes a Child of God. We call God, Our Father. God is Holy and each one of us are called by God to be Holy and to live a blameless life. God invites us to dwell in Him. Are we the baptised responding to God’s Holy Love.

Living in today’s world, I sometimes get the shivers. You might ask why? When I look around, I see people walking away from the Call of God to holiness. When I see currently what is happening in the US presidential elections – the two candidates Trump vs Hilary Clinton. These two are literally tearing each other down. It is difficult to believe that a country like the United States is unable to produce two respectable and righteous people for the presidential candidacy.

I wonder what is happening to our world. People are walking away from God and from what is right. What happened when we became Children of God? Why are people walking away from God and running to worldly pleasures – pleasures that are evil.

Let those of us who are baptised and are happy to respond to God’s call – let us sit beside Him and look into His Holiness and WORSHIP HIM. Let us pray for ourselves, our families, our friends, our communities, our country, all countries of the world that they may leave their evil ways and follow God who is Holy and Righteous. Let us pray!
