Reaching out to Catholic/Christians Individuals/Families

Come Back – There is still Hope – Come Back to Jesus Christ and He will give you New Life!

I have been watching this video clip and I think that the Singer is revealing that when she set eyes on the Waiter, she falls in love with him and she dreams of getting married to him and having a family with him. I think there are many youth out there who do not value marriage or having children or raising a family. Many youth have become selfish and are all out to have fun with girls and to eventually ditch them.

I have decided to pug this video clip on my blog and I hope and pray that this would reach many youth who are sceptic of having healthy relationships with each other because they either do not trust the other or because they do not want to responsibility of getting married and raising a family. I think it is time for the youth of today to make a complete TURN AROUND and walk back to Jesus Christ. Many youth have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation but have for some reason not continued to come back to Church. To these youth, I pray and request them to come back to Jesus Christ. To all the youth who are confused, or whose hearts are filled with disappointment, who have met with failure after failure in their lives, who have lost all hope in God – I pray, Come back to Jesus Christ – Go to Church, make a good confession and receive Jesus Christ in the Eucharist who is the ANSWER TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS.

I request all those who read this article and if you know of someone who is lonely, who has lost all hope and who do not know what to do next, please pray for them and request them to read this article. Tell them not to give up hope for JESUS CHRIST is real and He will surely help them. So dear youth, THERE IS HOPE. GO BACK TO CHURCH AND MEET YOUR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST WHO IS WAITING FOR YOU WITH OPEN ARMS. HE IS WAITING TO GIVE YOU NEW LIFE AND HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.

I AM NOT PROMISING YOU A FAIRY TALE ENDING BUT WHEN YOU GO BACK TO CHURCH JESUS CHRIST WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR DIFFICULTIES. HE WILL MAKE YOUR JOY SWEETER AND YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE MORE BEARABLE AND THERE WILL BE A SOLUTION TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS. JUST GIVE THEM ALL TO JESUS CHRIST!

Do we as Parents lack understanding – Sometimes – All the time!

I was watching this video and I have been inspired to write.  I think we as parents should teach our children from a very young age about true values in life – about loving Jesus Christ and most of all we should give our children lots and lots of love so that they will not do wrong things to achieve what they would consider as love.  If we bring up our children with Right Values, then, that is what they would cling to especially in difficult times.

Watching this video has pained my heart.  There are so many youth out there who do not get the Right Love and Christian values in their homes and when they fall in love with someone,  parents for some reason do not approve of their relationship and they do everything in their power to break up that relationship.  What happened in Romeo and Juliet?  True love was opposed and then calamity to both the Young Ones.  We should as parents even  if we do not approve of our children’s relationships, we should love them, pray for them, encourage them to go to church along with their partner and if that relationship is God’s Holy Will, then we should accept God’s Holy Will. Who are we as parents to destroy the lives of our children.  We should always be there for them – In Good times and in Bad times.  If the partner that they have chosen is not for them, we must pray and pray and God will break up the relationship and they will be free again.  Children should be taught to be Virgins for the partner that they will marry and be with their Spouse for the rest of their lives.  I personally think  parents should not decide who their children should marry because it is the couple that would be living together for the rest of their lives.

I also agree with a priest friend of mine that youth of today sit indoors before their computers and spend most of their time indoors.  Children should be encouraged to have outdoor activities so that when they grow older, they would love to go for picnics with other youth, have dancing sessions in their parish and organise games with the youth and have parishioners and family cheering them as they play their games.  This would foster healthy relationships and in this manner our youth would be able to find good Catholic/Christians partners whom they would marry, have the blessings of parents and friends and Most of all, have the blessings of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

LET US AS PARENTS THINK OF BEST WAYS WE COULD HELP OUR CHILDREN  IN THIS LIFE SO THAT WE AS A FAMILY WE WOULD ONE DAY BE TOGETHER IN HEAVEN WITH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST FOREVER AND EVER! WE MUST PRAY WITH OUR CHILDREN AND FOR OUR CHILDREN!

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!

Wow!  Another year has begun. Do we have to be afraid of anything? I guess not. Our aim should be to stay close to Our Lord Jesus Christ and to trust that His Holy Spirit will lead and guide us throughout this New Year! Should we think only of ourselves and of our families? Well, I guess not. We should be outward looking. Our prayers and concerns should be for those around us. We should become sensitive people – always looking out for people who need our care and concern.  We must remember to love those who are in need of our love.

  • I pass people on the road who are afraid to smile and say ‘Hello’ or ‘Good Morning’ or ‘Good Afternoon’ or ‘Good Evening’.  We are afraid to acknowledge someone whom we do not know or who we have not met before.  These days, I see families shopping together or at restaurants or sometimes people walking quite briskly – excercising I guess.  I wave to them and say, ‘Hi’ or ‘I guess, you are enjoying yourself with your family’ and then we get into a conversation and we have a laugh together.
  • If we have not cleared our Walk-in-Robes, our cupboards and our homes of things we do not need, I guess, it is time that we do that now. With the surplus that we have, we can share with those who have not. I guess, instead of having a Garage Sale and selling items for a dollar, we could source out people who are really in need and give them our extras or maybe, you can think of other ways of helping people who are really in need.
  • There are many ways to remind people about going to church.  When we get into conversation with people whom we do not know, we can always mention, ‘Oh! I have forgotten, I must hurry back home as I need to do something before going to church tomorrow morning or wear a Rosary around your wrist or around your neck or wear a cross around your neck.  We must be brave enough to let people know that we are Catholics/Christians.

When we make GOD’S BUSINESS OUR BUSINESS,  HE MAKES OUR BUSINESS,  HIS BUSINESS.

So, My dear Readers, let us be people who are ready to EVANGELISE – BE READY TO HELP THOSE WHO NEED OUR HELP!
